      3. Allow the blood to clot naturally for 30 minutes to 2 hours<\/p><\/li>

      4. Centrifuge the tube at 1500\u00d7g for 10 minutes<\/p><\/li>

      5. Transfer the serum into a new labeled tube<\/p><\/li>

      6. Do not use<\/strong> separator tubes or tubes containing gel<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
