Avoid vigorous shaking, which can cause foam formation, hemolysis<\/strong>, and erroneous test results<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Ensure correct placement of tubes during centrifugation<\/strong>. Recommended centrifugation is 10 minutes at 3000g<\/strong> under 15\u201324<\/strong>\u00b0C<\/strong> ambient conditions.<\/p>
