The 10 mL syringe is composed of three parts and is available in both needle-attached and needle-free configurations. It is manufactured from medical-grade raw materials and sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO). Each syringe is packaged in a blister pack made of transparent film and medical-grade paper, ensuring both sterility and leak-proof integrity.
All needle tips are laser-cut and made from stainless steel, ensuring high performance and patient safety.
How Many cc in a 10 mL Syringe?
A common question: 10 mL is equivalent to 10 cc (cubic centimeters). Therefore, a “10 cc syringe” and a “10 mL syringe” refer to the same product.
Types of Syringes
TTT World offers a variety of syringe models categorized by purpose, color, needle gauge, and volume (mL or cc). The five main types are as follows:
Safety Syringes
Globally, a needle-stick injury occurs every 30 seconds, exposing healthcare workers to bloodborne infections. Safety syringes are equipped with mechanisms that retract or lock the needle post-injection to prevent reuse and accidental injury.
VanishPoint Syringes
These syringes feature an internal spring-loaded mechanism that automatically retracts the needle into the barrel when the plunger is fully depressed. The needle cannot be removed or reused. These units are space-saving in sharps containers and reduce medical waste disposal costs by up to two-thirds.
Snap-Back Syringes
After injection, the plunger is pressed fully until a “click” is heard. The plunger is then retracted and snapped off, locking the needle inside the barrel. The needle is interchangeable. Care must be taken not to activate the safety feature prematurely.
Twist-Lock (Rotate) Syringes
Once the injection is complete, the plunger is rotated approximately 300 degrees clockwise until a click is heard, then pulled back. The needle is bent inside the barrel, preventing reuse.
Clip-Lock (SurGuard) Syringes
A safety locking mechanism is installed at the base of the needle. It clicks into place when pressed firmly, and can be activated single-handedly.
All TTT World syringes and needles are:
Sterile
Non-toxic
Pyrogen-free
We produce our syringes using:
Medical-grade polypropylene
Pharmaceutical-grade pistons and barrels
Latex-free rubber seals
Syringes are assembled through injection molding and undergo strict quality checks at each stage. Components are labeled and sterilized before packaging. Every batch complies with ISO 7886-1 and ISO 7864 standards.

Summary – What is a Syringe?
A syringe is a mechanical device used to inject or withdraw fluids. It consists of a cylindrical barrel, a movable plunger, and a Luer tip for needle attachment. The most critical feature of a syringe is its sterility — and our 10 mL syringe offers maximum safety and high performance in clinical settings.
