10ML Injector

The 10 ml syringe consists of three parts. It can be used with or without a needle, depending on the need, and it is suitable for both uses. The 10 ml injector, which is a medical raw material, has passed EO sterilization processes and you can use it safely. 10 ml syringe, The product itself is covered with a blister pack consisting of medical paper and transparent strec. All injectors offer a 100% guarantee of tightness. All of the needle tips are produced by laser cutting and most importantly, they are made of stainless steel.

How many cc is a 10 injector?

It is a measure conversion that is very curious and confused when buying a CC injector. This can be explained by the equation 10 cubic centimeters (cm³, cc) = 10 milliliters (mL). In short, a 10 injector equals 10 cc and at the same time 10 mL. All units of measurement are 10. In short, a 10 ml syringe is equal to a 10 cc syringe.

What are the types of injectors?

All types of injector types are listed below. There are many types of injectors according to their intended use, colors, needle thicknesses, mL or cc sizes. They are divided into five according to their names.

Safe Injectors: It is known that needlestick accidents occur every 30 seconds worldwide. As a result of these accidents, hospital personnel may be exposed to viruses that are transmitted through blood, and it is known that there are even healthcare workers who die due to such conditions. This risk can be avoided with injectors known as safe injectors that can take the needle back in after the use process is completed. Another important safety feature of these injectors is the feature of locking the needle so that it is not physically used a second time.

Injector with Disappearing Needle (Vanishpoint): When the needle comes to the end of the injection process and is in the muscle, it is automatically drawn into the injector thanks to the spring mechanism it has, together with the process of pressing the plunger all the way. The safe retraction mechanism of the injector is located inside the piston and can be used with one hand. Thanks to this mechanism, the risk of injury due to needle sticking is reduced to zero. The needle is fixed in the syringe and the needle of the syringe cannot be changed. It provides a high level of safety in the waste areas as the needle is embedded in the cylindrical piston and the piston is embedded in the chamber during the injection process and cannot be removed. At the same time, due to all these functions, it takes up much less space in medical waste bins and reduces the cost of such medical waste by two thirds.

Injector with Broken Piston: The needle is removed from the patient when the injection process is finished and while it is still in the muscle, the plunger is fully pressed and a clicking sound is heard after this procedure. The click sound means the start of the safety mechanism. The piston is fully retracted all the way and then breaks. (push pull snap / push pull snap) The existing protective cap of the needle is attached to the ajuta in reverse. During the plunger retraction, the needle enters the chamber, and then the broken part of the piston locks the chamber. The needle is not fixed and can be changed as needed. In order not to activate the safety mechanism of the injector prematurely, the plunger must be pushed all the way in before the drug withdrawal process.

Rotate Injector: After the injection process is finished, the piston is rotated approximately 300 degrees clockwise until the clicking sound is heard and then pulled back. During this process, the needle goes right into the chamber. When the piston is pressed forward, the needle remains bent in the chamber.

Clip-on (Surguard) Injector: There is a lock placed at the root of the needle. This lock is also called security shield. Press down on the locking mechanism until it clicks. It can be applied with one hand.

What is an injector?

An injector is generally a small pump used to suck or push air or liquids. In medicine, filling a tissue or cavity with pressurized fluid is called injection. The tools that enable the injection process are called injectors. In other words, it is a tool that performs the injection event. The injector has a cylindrical body, a movable piston, a tap made of nickel, steel or platinum, and a needle is attached to its tip. The most important issue in the injector is that it is sterilized, and the 10 ml injector is a very reliable sterile product.

10 ml Injector Boxing

The price of the 10 ml injector depends on its quality, the materials from which it is produced, etc. even if it differs according to normal standards, it is labeled as 150 pieces each in inner boxes and then 10 inner boxes in an outer box, with a total of 1500 pieces in the outer box, and becomes ready for sterilization.
